USREM Securities, LLC is an SEC- and FINRA-registered broker-dealer operating an Alternative Trading System (ATS). As a specialized capital markets platform, we facilitate primary and secondary Limited Partner (LP) interests in private real estate syndicates.
We work directly with the General Partners (GPs) who organize these syndicates, and the Qualified Purchasers—including RIAs, family offices, institutions, and high-net-worth investors—who hold the LP interests within them.

A traditional real estate syndicate raises equity from Limited Partners to acquire or develop a property. By design, these LP interests are locked; capital is typically committed for five to ten years until the property is sold. Historically, there has been no organized secondary market for these positions. Investors whose financial needs or strategies changed over time had no choice but to wait.
USREM provides a regulated path forward. Operating with the sponsor’s explicit consent on every transaction, our platform allows:
Existing LPs to list a position for sale to other Qualified Purchasers, confidentially and continuously, across the life of the syndicate.
New Investors to discover primary offerings from sponsors syndicating through USREM, or to acquire secondary positions in syndicates that are otherwise closed.
The result is a regulated, secure marketplace for an asset class that has, until now, traded only by private introduction.
Compliance & Control Notice for Sponsors: USREM never forces a secondary trade. Every transaction requires the prior, explicit approval of the underlying issuer/sponsor, maintaining your ownership structures and regulatory compliance boundaries.
Markets, Model, & Investors
USREM works with mid-market sponsors—typically those with portfolios in the $250M–$5B range, transacting individual properties and structured funds in the $25M–$500M range—and with the Qualified Purchasers who invest in them.
On the investor side, our network is principally composed of RIAs, family offices, smaller institutional funds, and qualifying individuals.
USREM Securities operates the marketplace and earns transparent, fully disclosed commissions on two transaction types:
- Primary listings from sponsors.
- Secondary trades between Limited Partners.
To ensure complete neutrality, USREM does not take principal positions in any listing it brokers, nor do we publish pricing or valuation data outside the secure platform.
USREM is funded by real estate and finance family offices, institutional real estate sponsors with billions of dollars under management, early-stage venture investors, and senior figures from across the industry.

Leadership & Management
The management of USREM Securities and U.S. Real Estate Market Holdings consists of principals with deep backgrounds in capital markets, commercial real estate execution, financial regulation, and compliance. All registered representatives disclose their FINRA CRD numbers.
