By design, these LP interests are locked; capital is typically committed for five to ten years until the property is sold. Compliance & Control Notice for Sponsors: USREM never forces a secondary trade. Every transaction requires the prior, explicit approval of the underlying issuer/sponsor, maintaining your ownership structures and regulatory compliance boundaries.
USREM works with mid-market sponsors—typically those with portfolios in the $250M–$5B range, transacting individual properties and structured funds in the $25M–$500M range—and with the Qualified Purchasers who invest in them.
