You need to already be in the inner circle of a given Sponsor of partnerships, or else you need to receive offerings from placement agents at exactly the moment you are seeking to invest. USREM enables Qualified Purchasers to join these carefully controlled pooled investment vehicles on your own terms and at the time you are ready to invest, opening up the playing field with transparency and better liquidity.

If you are a Qualified Purchaser, simply Sign Up and follow the instructions. Once you register with USREM Securities and have spoken with one of our representatives, you will have full access to the platform where you will find the list of properties that may be acquired and traded. Read through the information and when you see a property that fits your investment criteria, simply indicate the amount of your investment interest, and the annual return you would like to receive [based on the returns to the pooled investment vehicle during the previous year]*. USREM Securities will then reach out to the sponsor and existing investors to see if there is a match with one or more existing owners prepared to accept your offer. If there is, USREM Securities will facilitate a confidential, efficient, transaction for you to acquire the interests you are seeking, including the approval of the fund’s sponsor.
Yes! Any interest purchased through the USREM Marketplace can be re-offered for sale through the Marketplace at any time, with the full support and approval of the sponsor.
Maybe! If you are interested in liquidating your investment, your sponsor will need to sign up with USREM. We’d be happy to have you introduce us, so that we can discuss with them adding liquidity to their assets.
Either way, terms and conditions apply, and an actual sale depends, among other things, on market demand, commercial match, and regulatory compliance.
USREM’s marketplace enables investors to buy and sell holdings in residential and commercial real estate properties, at an agreed price, and with the sponsors’ blessing.
USREM partners with sponsors with qualified assets and pooled real estate investment vehicles, whose asset and performance information is made available through the marketplace.
Qualified Purchasers indicate how much they would like to invest in a particular property or partnership, and on what terms.
The offer is presented to existing investors in the property, who individually decide whether to accept it. If there’s a match, the sponsor automatically approves the transaction, which is completed confidentially through the USREM platform.
Investors receive updates and ongoing dividends from cash-generating deals, and have the ongoing ability to modify their confidential interest in buying or selling their holdings.
